While on trip to australia in 2005 I had a short stop over in penang, and i had to chance to do a days diving at Pulau Payar a small Marine Park off Langkawi. The only diving availble was off a floating jetty used for tourist snorkeling trips, but they did offer beach shark feeding which sounded interesting.
